Cover Re-creations by OTIS: Action Comics #1

Relive the excitement of Action Comics #1!!

Here is a COLOR comic book cover re-creation by OTIS- a friend who is an artist an animator and has worked in television and video games (including games for Marvel Comics) over the past 20 years.

As a huge fan of the Golden Age of Comics I love art that pays homage to those halcyon days. This is a fantastic re-creation of that famous cover and a true pleasure to look at and enjoy!

This is a high resolution and high quality color print from an original cover re-creation drawing done in ink (below).

It has been colored digitally and printed on 100lb., 11" x 17" Bristol Board. The print has a high quality sheen to it and looks fantastic!

This is a one of a kind re-creation of a true classic comic book cover! Compare this New Original Artwork with the Joe Shuster and Jerry Siegel comic published in 1938 (below)!:

This is a fantastic piece!

NOTE: this blog entry is for the color print for sale only- the original ink drawing is not part of this sale.

Below is a shot from the back, showing the cel paint:

Below is what it can look like framed; but please remember that this piece comes matted but NOT FRAMED. It measures 12.5”x12.5”. It is a truly unique piece that will brighten up any room!!
